Spinach

We harvest spinach when it is young and tender. It's great in salads, soups, and smoothies.

Storage

Spinach is best eaten close to harvest, however, it will keep in the fridge in a plastic bag for up to a week, sometimes longer.

Please note that unless the greens are especially dirty we don't usually wash them. This helps them have a longer shelf life once they get to your home. Please always wash your farm fresh greens before consumption.

Cooking Tips

Radishes are often eaten raw; added to salads or veggie platters for a punch of colour. You can also enjoy them pickled. If you don't love radishes raw or you find the bunch you have is just a bit too spicy; try roasting them in a little oil and salt and even a little maple syrup.
