Snap Peas

Snap peas are a cross between shelling peas and snow peas. They are freshness in a pod and they taste like spring!

Storage

Freshest right after harvesting but will keep in the fridge dry in a plastic bag for a few days.

Cooking Tips

To us snap peas are best fresh, to eat them just snap off the end and pull the string down the rib and enjoy. They are also good cooked in sautees, seared, pan fried, and blanched. They are also a crisp addition to a salad when chopped up into bit sized pieces.
