Onion

Fresh onions, or Spring/green onions are uncured and a little sweeter then the storage varieties. We grow a white, purple, and yellow variety as well as a spring onion variety.

Storage

Fresh onions will keep for some time in the fridge

Cooking Tips

All of the fresh onion can be used including the greens as you would spring/green onion. Grilled, sauteed, fresh, or pickled. We add our pickled onions to toast with smashed avocado, and an over easy egg topped with micro greens. Onions are also wonderful added to a summer squash sautee or casserole.
