Dill is a very flavourful herb, and while it prodominately bring to mind pickling, it can be used in a variety of other ways as well.
Store dill in the fridge in a plastic bag for about a week.
Dill works beautifully when added to soups, salads, pickles, drinks, and yogurt dressings. Always chop fresh herbs with a sharp, dry knife or simply tear with your fingers.
