Cabbage is veristile vegetable. We grow a few varieties of heading cabbage as well as a nappa cabbage
Store cabbage in the fridge, for heading cabbage it can last weeks and for softer asian cabbage or choys consider using with in a week.
Cabbage can be fried, sauteed, baked, boiled, or pickled into sauerkraut. We really enjoy is chopped and fried in a little oil with onions and served with sausage. Raw cabbage is also good in a variety of ways; in salads and coleslaws but also in fresh spring rolls.
